Registration & Accomodation
Online registration will be available in November. Please read carefully below before registration.
At least one author of accepted paper is requested to pay for registration fee for inclusion of the Technical Program. Registration policy is to pay for each paper. If you have more than one paper, you can choose additional paper fee.
RiTA 2021 will be a hybrid conference with both physical presence and virtual access. Korean presenters are encouraged to have physical attendance. The conference venue is Fusion Hall (1F), KI Building (E4), KAIST Daejeon. Please refer to the KAIST Campus Map. In-person attendees are provided with refreshments, two lunches and a dinner during the conference. Only registrants can access the virtual platform and the live streaming broadcast.
For those who will stay in Daejeon during the conference, we recommend I-Hotel located in Daedeok Innovation Cluster. Please complete the hotel reservation form and return it to the secretariat no later than Dec 8.
Accepted and presented papers can be published in “Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS)”, Springer as conference proceedings. Also, they can be submitted for reviewing for publication of PeerJ Computer Science after the conference. You can choose either, none, or both of publications in the registration system. Registration payment is made in U.S. Dollars only. You can select one of two payment methods; credit card or bank wire. Bank wire payment should reach the bank account below no later than Nov 15, 2021. All handling charges are to be paid by registrants.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be made unless a written request for cancellation is received after Nov 15, 2021. All refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation fee prior to Nov 16. Appropriate refund will be made after the conference.
